Longmont Colorado Branch Manager Luis Dias is a gem. He was so helpful and customer driven. He was so much better than the former Longmont Colorado team. He made the Enterprise experience a positive one.
We were able to get a rental vehicle quickly, and the entire checkout process was smooth and easy. Max, Luis, and Nolan provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us. We initially had some trouble with our rental, but they were able to get us into a comparable vehicle quickly and efficiently. I had a rental from Enterprise while our car was being repaired at the shop. Everyone was super friendly and Nolan was extremely helpful with the rental reservation. He was great! Very much appreciate this branch in Longmont! Car was very clean and had no issues whatsoever!
Enjoyed my experience with Enterprise. They were able to bring a car to Caliber Collison while my car was getting fixed. It saved time and made it an easy transition.
