Late pick up from hotel after scheduled pick up agreement. Driver from Enterprise did not speak or help. Just drove the car. Had to return first car after cabin filled with fuel smell. Second car was noisy from rear end sound and road noise. The discount from Enterprise didn't make up for the time loss and aggravation.

Went in at 10am to swap a car. The lot was packed full of cars. I was told to come back at 5. Checked in 15 minutes early, waited for an hour, then was told there's nothing there unless I wait longer. Parking lot was still packed. I would have been more understanding if they had told me at 10 that....literally anything else.

Booked our car 3 1/2 weeks in advance & when we arrived to pick it up today we were told it just got back to their lot 15 min ago and that it has a bunch of dash lights on. It was supposed to be a full size SUV they didn’t have another one on site so offered a dodge durango in exchange 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ they made no effort to call us before hand and made no effort to try to accommodate us in a way that would benefit us. Just a smaller car. Save your time and go to Boulder or DIA
