I would like to say as I felt it was appropriate to write a review on the matter that we needed a vehicle for our road trip last Wednesday and things ended up not going as planned. When we arrived we were put in a nice vehicle and when I asked about it all my questions were answered promptly and professionally. This was the cleanest rental we ever received. The carpet, dashboard, display screen, storage pockets & more were spotless. The Pacifica has so much room, handled so well, & got very high miles per gallon. Wonderful vehicle. Very enjoyable experience.

I’ve been renting from Enterprise in Longmont consistently for work, and they are hands down the best rental car team in the area. Every rental has been seamless from start to finish. Luis, the manager, is fantastic, and the entire team is friendly, accommodating, and incredibly easy to work with. The facility is always clean, the cars are spotless and in great condition, and they make the entire process effortless. Absolutely the worst car rental company ever. Twice in two weeks, I’ve scheduled reservations days ahead and showed up to be turned away, saying they don’t have anything saved for me. The first time, I got a call an hour before my scheduled pick up. The second time there was zero notification and no effort to find another option. Use the Turo App to find locals that are renting out spare vehicles or go to Budget. It’s only a matter of time until these places are strictly for corporate rental rentals. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Juan, the manager, and Joe, who went above and beyond to help me with my rental. I don’t have any family here in Longmont, so when I needed someone to pick me up from my house and get me to Enterprise, I honestly wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I live only about five minutes from Enterprise, but I was running late for my scheduled pickup because of work, my commute, and traffic. Juan and Joe were incredibly understanding and accommodating.
