HORRIBLE customer service!! While waiting in lobby customer asked if he could use card number over online, curly hair with sunglasses employee answered yes but when a other customer asked the same question same employee answered the other customer with no and continued on his conversation with his manager about getting a Red Bull with a lobby full of customers waiting on cars.
