This location billed the wrong person. I have been calling their number number for 2 hours straight to get this fixed. Back to back calling. I have the hold message memorized. After 3 or 4 minutes on hold, the phone is picked up and then hung up. I have been hung up on 11 times so far. I have contacted the admin offices. They called the branch and were put on hold.
