These people do very unusual practice charges even after transactions were completed more than 6 months ago. They kept my credit card information without my knowledge and sent back one dollor from extra charged that without any notice prior to charged. It possible that these people have access to my credit card information, and any employee can possibly use or process it to their personal spending if.... I hope not. However, they made transaction without my knowledge.
I have had the worst customer service experience at this location. I have rented cars from this and other Enterprise locations in California and other states without any issues. I typically use my debit card with a deposit, but today, they refused to rent me a car because I needed a credit card. Just this month, I rented a car in Destin, Florida, using my debit card without any problems. I even went to another Enterprise location today and had no trouble renting the same car. Outstanding service, highly personable staff, and great cars and reasonable prices. It was a pleasure to work with the front end staff, the car prep and return staff, and the overall operation. While we had to wait a tad, it was worth it for the quality care the staff provided. If I’m in LA again, I’m coming back here.
Beware!!!! Customer service was horrible and they charged my card 2 times for a return the same day $561 and add added insurance 2 times $57 charge for something that they don’t know about. The paperwork they gave me was wrong with signatures. when I returned back the second time to let Chris know that I didn’t have any gas in the car then he realized he gave me the wrong papers and tricked me and said let me see those papers.
