Car not cleaned properly
Worst customer service ever! Poor management, and the workers does not care about the customer. They just work for work. Tried switching car here but they don't want to. Call corporate to report this branch so it will get more of attention.
10/10 experience here. Needed a last minute rental after plans changed and this process made everything better. The entire staff is super helpful and great at what they do. Christian helped me specifically and he was a huge help overall! Thank you!

Smooth rental experience, car was very clean, and honest staff! I left my camera behind in my car rental and only realized after 4 days. I was freaking out because the pictures on it are obviously priceless and replacing it would have cost me $1500 but thankfully they had it turned in to the lost and found. Would rent here again!
