The day am taking the car to the collision shop. An agent from enterprise called and said the call rental rate given to me is 24 dollars that I was advised to call the adjuster in charge of this case to increase the daily car rental rate before coming into the office to pick up a car rental. I was rear ended not my fault. Am insured full covererage. My reply to her is am ok with the rate as long its comparable to my car 2024. My car was in the body shop so my insurance connected me to Enterprise and everything went SUPER smoothly and everyone was competent and friendly. And now I’m in talks with Enterprise Sales to buy the Plu-In van we rented because it was such a good driving experience. I totally appreciate it when these kinds of interfaces just work as they’re supposed to. I was bummed that my car was in a crash, but at least the rental for the month was no hassle, and I wound up loving the rented van as well! Double win.
