Trying to speak to someone is a nightmare. Was on hold for 15 min. Then got hung up on. Tried again and result was the same. They can't be that busy.
My husband needed a rental due to his truck going into the body shop. They gave us a Volkswagen car which is fine. The issue is this car smells like cigarette smoke. They clearly have no smoking signs in the vehicles and mentioned it to us however they gave us a car that smells awful. I’m 7 months pregnant and asked them to please call us when something else came in. That never happened.
Rhett made the process easy and stress free. It was my first time getting a rental and I was a bit scared by using a borrowed car but he took pictures and reassured me that my concerns where valid and heard.
Rhett and Charles are extremely helpful, they have done everything within their reach to get me the vehicle I need. Too bad they are limited by the amount of vehicles available. But, they have been very gracious and understanding, then following through with their promises of finding me a suitable vehicle.
