Petra Ellis is the lady who has been helping me with my rental. She has been absolutely AMAZING! If I've had any questions or concerns she's been quick and ready to answer them. She's helped me find the best rates to fit my needs. She's polite and I have enjoyed this experience. I highly recommend enterprise and especially working with Ms. Petra Ellis.
I have had to rent there twice, once for work and once for an accident. Both times they failed to have my reserved vehicle and I had to go to another location. The guy who works there made it feel like I was wasting his time. I will never do business with this branch office again. They also don't have drivers so they can't pick you up as advertised. Budget has better vehicles and better rates. Save the headache and go to budegt on McCain.
