The Employees were so nice, manager went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and the car itself was 10/10! Highly Recommend
The staff was very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. They checked on me the next day to make sure I liked the vehicle. It was very convenient to be able to drop off the vehicle at another location. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
The agent that helped me was very professional and personable. Explained everything to me in detail. I would go to this location again to get a rental based on my interaction with him. I wish I got his name.
We Long Islanders can be a bit brusque. Not the folks at Enterprise Port Jefferson Station. They are helpful, patient, accommodating and understanding. I was at my wits end when my new car broke at a very busy moment. I was at my wits end because the dealer had no loaner cars. The staff at Enterprise fixed me up with a car quickly and smoothly and made sure the return was easy. Great service and nice people.
