All I have to say is my experience with enterprise on Anderson Street was not a great one... when they answer the phone no one knows nothing I had a misunderstanding with some information that was presented to me and know one called be back I have to chase down the workers.. I will never use enterprise on Anderson again.. Alex and Javon who worked there are not helpful at all they just feed you information to get rid of you off the telephone
everyone there was nice and helpful. Gave me excellent service and even gave me an upgrade...i will use them again, a great staff...!
After using this enterprise for over a decade, I'm sorry to say I will never be able to use this company again. I was blamed for damage of a vehicle that I did not do. This particular car had dings and scratches all over it, and during the walk through here was a dent that was missed and I was blamed for it. I literally rented the car to go from point A to point B in order to pick up my car. In that month alone I spent over $2,000 in rentals.
