Cars aren’t reliable. Employees are very rude!!!
This year, I've had two very stressful experiences with Enterprise. The Lafayette Enterprise center was knowledgeable & helpful while explaining the difference between using my insurance along and / or adding their extra insurance. I opted to add their additional insurance. I did not want any new issues regarding unnoticed damages on the rental vehicle prior to renting vehicles. I do not want to pay for another customer's damages.
