Very friendly and professional. They take time to explain about new/modern car management.
Poor management and service industry skills. The individual who identified themselves as the manager was rude and argumentative. Very unfortunate, as the previous managers in the past have been very helpful.
Michelle was great. Came in the morning to drop off the car and they offered me a ride to my box truck rental up the road. Hospitality is spit on and look forward to doing business with this branch. Also, shout out to ashley and Madi at biddeford branch 🤙
