I unfortunately had a very bad experience there with Branch Manager Charles Hays. I was on vacation in Tahoe City with an Enterprise car from Las Vegas, NV (the car was having battery issues, needed a jumpstart and then the battery was going out again a day later.) Anyhow, the Roadside Assistance advised I could go to this location in Truckee, CA to switch out the car. Truckee isn't a place where you expect to need to rent a car, but if you do, Charles and Lucas have you covered - AWD, luxury, or practical, it will be clean and ready to go. Highly commended, a real pleasure working with them!

Clean and well-maintained SUV was ide for my group of six. The staff was very professional and friendly and helped us with our logistics of getting to and from the AMTRAK station. Great experience.
