Cara at CRW airport (Charleston, WV) Enterprise was great. That’s the only reason I’d consider future rentals with Enterprise. I’ve used them for 20 years and as a preferred member I get a 5% discount. That’s a joke. With a 38 billion annual revenue in 2024, they can do better. Budget would have been cheaper without a discount. My wife and I recently visited family and friends in Charleston WV and its surroundings and needed a car to navigate around the area. I made my car rental reservation on Hotels.com, which was easy to do and went smoothly. When we arrived in Charleston I went to the baggage claim with my wife and she waited to retrieve our bags there. Rented a vehicle from them for a month, then went to Beckley Enterprise to rent same vehicle for 3 more weeks. Once I return the vehicle, in perfect condition. They the deposit took Beckley up to 3 days to pay back, which the Yeager Airport did not give me the deposit. After calling, leaving messages, and talking to people on customer service.
