Quick easy visit, explained the rental process and the young man that met me at Gerber Collision knew how to talk with customers. Really nice guy and the young lady that took care of my paperwork was just as nice.
They suck. They told me a lie. I had my arrangements all lined up but because I had out-of-state license I couldn’t rent a car even though I had proof of my residence they told me to bring in my check stubs and my Nipsco bill and then I still got refused damn shame you gotta have a damn credit card to do anything in life can’t even use real cash money or a Chime account.
