My experience with Enterprise was very positive. They worked with me and renewing for more days was very easy and don't over the phone.
My car is currently be repaired and I Rented from enterprise and they didn’t have the class of car I chose. Didn’t even apologize or anything and told me they didn’t have anything different to switch me into than the horrible small SUV I was given. While running errands for the day I drove past their store and there was several cars parked outside I could have been given. I later called cause something with the seat was causing pain in my legs. Got a rental from here cause it was by my house and I usually go to merrillville but because it was local I went ahead and went here . Literally got all the way to Memphis just to get pulled over cause the plates was expired lucky the cop understood and let me go . Got stopped again on my way home in Illinois and he wanted to write me a ticket for the plates and I had to literally beg my way out of that .
