A few of the cars at this location have a smoke smell inside them. This isn't the fault of any of the employees though and really just reflects on the customers in the area. When I received a vehicle that I couldn't stand the smell of, they worked with me to get me in a new vehicle without any hassle. Also, shoutout Diego for always making it a pleasant experience renting from this location.
Justin in your Racine location was efficient and courteous. It made renting a vehicle fitting our needs very easy.
Highly recommend Enterprise. Very accommodating staff. Terrific choice of vehicles.
Would NOT recommend Enterprise in Racine AT ALL. Went to go pick up my rental car and they gave my rental car to someone else because I handed them a debit card. I made my reservation ahead of time because I was afraid they would not have anything when I arrived. I did the online check in and allowed me to submit that debit card, it said I had to take that same card with me.
