Nick Cazel was polite, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful at the end of my six day journey from the East Coast to the West Coast. It was a great relief to be greeted on the other side of terrible winter driving conditions by someone who values each person and really listens. Even when you are exhausted and probably babbling. We had a good experience getting a rental car, paid by insurance, while our car was being repaired in Grass Valley CA. The rental was arranged with Enterprise by Tripps Auto Body. It arrived fairly promptly, the details were explained politely and efficiently, and we drove off with a nice car.
