No one answers the phone. I called on three different days. It sounds like someone picks up, but then places you back on hold. And then the line disconnects. I need a rental for up to 6 months per my new job. Had to use the Enterprise in Auburn instead. So frustrating!
Editing my old review, which was 3 stars. This current one is from June 12, 2026. I reserved a car 4 weeks in advance. As I was driving out to pick it up I got a text message saying it would not be ready until 90 minutes after the pick up time, as they had to change the oil. LOL! I know very well that 90 minutes will stretch out to 4 or 5 hours. If Enterprise employees can't get it right with 4 weeks lead time, they are not going to suddenly become competent in 90 minutes.
