The rental was booked via expedia.com which indicated the vehicle would be available for my size and class. When I arrived I was told by the a person who identified herself as agent that the car was not available and that they had tried to call me 30 minutes before i arrived . Then she offered me a car that would is larger and more expensive and indicated it's not their issue because it was booked via a third-party. The agent identified herself as only an intern and did not have the ability to give me any other car, a price ... read more
terrible customer service. Mt Kisco branch cancelled my reservation last minute, despite receiving 3 email confirmations. Then they transferred me to a number to modify my original reservation, and that office was closed for the evening. hmmmm
Great staff very nice and courteous to your need car drove excellent and it was very clean inside and out would definitely choose enterprise again happy customer...😀😀😀
