They Maude things right. I had rented a truck from this location once the truck was filthy dirty nasty full of garbage in the back I needed it so I took it the way it was, and I emptied the garbage out of the back myself. I even cleaned the wheels because it looked horrible. It’s sad that you rent the car and it’s filthy dirty. Their Car Wash Guy has an attitude. Such friendly staff at this location. Seamless, quick process to rent a car during a recent vacation in Hollywood, FL.
Not a professional service. Too many unnecessary phone calls and an extremely long wait for my car. One person is handling cleaning, paperwork, and customer service all at the same time. The whole process feels disorganized and inefficient.
