Emergency arose and needed an SUV just before closing. Enterprise prepped a vehicle and made it available. Special thanks to Christian -- did an awesome job of taking care of us.

We reserved a SUV for our trip to Florida. Our flight was late getting in and there were no SUVs left. Cedric, our customer service representative, did everything in his power to make sure a SUV was located for us. He even upgraded us to a beautiful Genesis. He was wonderful to us and his service was 5 Star! If you ever need anything at Enterprise, I highly recommend asking for him! Thank you Cedric. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to good customer service.
