This used to be my go-to car rental location. It was well run and consistently offered great prices—until recently. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, the staff seemed almost surprised that I expected the vehicle I reserved to actually be available. It felt like something straight out of the Seinfeld reservation episode. They made things worse by insisting they left a voice mail right after I booked—no such voicemail was ever received—and claiming they had called me before I arrived, which also never happened. customer service was virtually none existent, rude and manager cant help. go to alamo
Even though I reserved a specific vehicle type a week ahead of time they did not have that type of vehicle when I came to pick up the car. Extremely disappointed and inconvenient.
My rental car from another enterprise broke down. I had to go here to sort everything out. All I can say, is if my warranty from where I’m leasing a car didn’t lead me here, I would never do business with this company. There was a very strange “not my problem” vibe across the board dealing with this company. I needed a certain size vehicle to accommodate my children, and that was completely disregarded.
