We reserved a SUV for our trip to Florida. Our flight was late getting in and there were no SUVs left. Cedric, our customer service representative, did everything in his power to make sure a SUV was located for us. He even upgraded us to a beautiful Genesis. He was wonderful to us and his service was 5 Star! If you ever need anything at Enterprise, I highly recommend asking for him! Thank you Cedric. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to good customer service.

Booked a Truck on the App and arrived to pick up the truck, and there were none available. The sales associate lied to my face and said they “tried to reach out, but didn’t have a phone number to call.” I’ve been contacted by multiple other Enterprises with no problem. Then was told they had no cars available at all, a couple minutes later an SUV became available at double the original rental rate, how convenient. The office is mismanaged and full of crooks. Would not recommend renting from this Enterprise.
