I called online and got someone who works for reservations (not at the location) who told me that they had plenty of cars at the Jupiter location. I showed up they did not have any cars after I called and confirmed that they did…. Obviously I was very irritated and Grant was so helpful and nice to me. He helped me call another branch to make sure there was a car there for us to rent. So grateful for his help.

Terrible experience at this location! The young girl at the front was so RUDE and persisted on telling me why was I waiting outside and not inside when there was 20 other people waiting to be helped so I sat in the car to wait until the line got shorter i then stood in line for an additional 10min and she and everyone else in there saw me waiting in line then was told they could not drop me back off after returning the rental I had for over two weeks!
