I recently had an unpleasant experience with a manager named Raven while inquiring about the company's vehicle pick-up program. From the start, Raven displayed very poor customer service skills — she cut me off repeatedly and didn’t allow me to ask basic questions to better understand the process. When I asked about the pick-up policy, she abruptly stated, “If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we won’t be able to do it,” without offering any additional guidance or flexibility.
