This IS the place to rent from! They take care of you from start to finish. I was very impressed at not only the quality of their customer service but the quality of the vehicle that I received was in such great condition, I won’t go anywhere else. I’m not someone that usually rents a car I haven’t rented a car in a decade, but to have it be so easy, made it worth it! Thank you Brandon!
The staff was most accommodating to my needs and very polite.
Good service
They charged me $2500 for the damage of the car that I am not even aware of. I did not involve in any accident, just drive normally. I may scrap the area under the front bumper because of the parking spot barrier. When I got the claim all the damage on the car is blamed on my fault which is not fair. It is easy to make customer think that they just utilize this opportunity to fix the car for themselves. The staff was kind and supportive but this rental experience was really bad.
