I rented the car and I was paying my tolls online and now they are charging me the tolls again I sent them an email to let them know and had no response and now I have to pay my tolls twice, they are crooks won’t be going there ever again
They took $545, and $300 of that was a deposit, but a week has passed and they haven't returned my deposit.
Update 1/20/2026: Staff has changed because the gals running the place got promoted :) For the team there now, Omar and Carlos are great! These men always remember me, and exemplify great customer service. I still enjoy renting from this Aurora lake street location.
