Good customer service. Car was good, just not my type. Other insurance company paid because their client hit me. The thing I was most unhappy about….the extra charges they don’t tell you about till AFTER getting car….$50 deposit, but should get back, $27 day insurance…. Which my insurance would not have paid anyway because I only have liability… but their insurance covered everything, charged me $3.01 a gallon for 3 quarters of a tank, now they took out money out of checking account for whatever reason… could been for insura... read more
Always short staffed, cars don't seem to get cleaned thoroughly. This last rental there was dog fur still all over the backseat with a weird mix of odors that spray couldn't seem to get out/cover up. All the fur stuck in rhe seats and on the cloth material on the door caused my daughters allergies to flare up BAD on our trip. The guy working was nice enough to offer to try to vacuum a little more out but we were already running behind because the car wasn't ready to go at our designated pick up time. Pick up the phone
They left a tiny mirage with no hubcaps at the repair shop for me to drive when I dropped off my truck. Horrible. When I called to upgrade the didn’t have any cars. Later, told me to come on Wednesday to pick up suv and a single guy was in store saying all employee’s quit and he was from Danville. No cars. I’ve been stuck with this car calling every enterprise around and they have no cars for a week now. 🥴
