My husband and I have rented a number of cars throughout the years, but no rental location has been as fast or polite as the Westerville enterprise. We received an alternate car when our initial car smelled of smoke, before we even asked for one. We both left actually talking about how wonderful the experience was. I picked up my rental Ford SUV today at your location and wanted to share some feedback. The staff was great, one of the employees was in the middle of helping another customer but still took the time to stop and greet me, which I appreciated. I finished my online checkout while inside, and another employee helped me complete the process quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that the car was a bit dirty inside. The staff is surprisingly friendly and helpful. Significantly better than any other rental we've used (even other enterprise locations).

When I couldn't find a (much needed) 4WD vehicle for the weekend, Barry hunted one down for me, went & picked it up, and had it ready for me in less than an hour. (Right on time for my arrival). His attitude & personality was beyond awesome, & it was great to even be greeting by him upon arriving in the lot for drop-off. He made it one of the smoothest rental transactions Ive ever had. You all have an All-Star working at this location, & because of that - I will surely rent from here when in Columbus next!
