Absolutely phenomenal service! Barry made my visit here exceptional, plus they made sure I felt safe and got the right car for the snow! Would use this location again. Parker was also very kind and drove me to where I needed to be after dropping off the rental!
The customer service at this location is top tier and cannot be compared. The first time I rented a car here, I regrettably did not check the hours and my pickup time was right when they were closing. They didn't bat an eye and got me taken care of and on the road in less than 10 minutes. This most recent time, I made sure to show up right at open.
