Very nice people, helped my wife in her rental car, thank you for your great help.
Renting a car is usually a need, not a want. But we I need to rent, I go to Enterprise on Schrock Rd. in Westerville. I can't think of another place that greets you with such professionalism and gives you the kind of service that leaves you grateful. Truly impressive!
Great service
Customer service was great start to finish! Appreciated the smooth process and their meeting me at the repair shop with the rental car. Their prompt responses to my inquiry shows they do right by their customers. The loaner car drove nicely but I'm sure glad to have my car back!
