I’m writing to report a serious customer service issue regarding the Enterprise location at 865 Schrock Rd in Columbus, Ohio on Monday, January 26. Due to my personal vehicle being in the shop for mechanical failure, I scheduled a rental at 2:00 PM that day. Both Google and Enterprise’s scheduling system showed the Schrock Rd location as open on a level 2 for the snow. I paid for an Uber (approximately $20) and arrived at 2:50 PM.
