Defective Cars, Poor Service I recently moved to Arizona and did not yet have my car, so I reserved one for 10 days from my neighborhood Enterprise. The office was proactive in making sure I needed a ride, but when the rep picked me up, the car had a strong odor of onions and the rep did not know it’s source. Upon checking in, the reps at the counter indicated there were only two cars in my class and I chose an Impala.
