I called for a reservation at 12:30. I got an email confirming the reservation at 12:56. A friend drove me 60 miles in the snow to get my rental car. We called at 2pm on the way there to confirm the location would be open when we arrived at 2:30. The national desk people assured me they didn't close until 3pm. We arrived at 2:45 to a closed facility. Sure would have been nice to receive a phone call at 1:30 when they closed, or for them to let the schedulers know not to book me that they would be closing early.

I always get terrific service from these hardworking folks whether I’m renting for business or leisure trips. Can’t say enough good things about how easy they make the process and how friendly and helpful they are.

Made a reservation online to pick up a car on Friday. Called to confirm the reservation and was told that they did not have a car available until Sunday. I asked the employee why the website let me reserve a car when in fact they did not have any cars available. She told me their website “does not correspond to what they have available on site.” Not sure what the point of the website is if your “reservations” are not actually reserving a car for you. Will not be using Enterprise again in the future.
