I had a great rental experience with enterprise rental. When returning my car rental I left my jacket in the car I knew it would be gone, I went back the next day and they had it. I was very very happy
This Inglewood CA branch is super professional and they make all my rental needs easy. Justin and his team are always efficient and very easy to work with.
I dont feel the need to advertise my disappointments to the world. not a happy camper
I had a reservation, and now they’re calling me just 8 hours before check-in to say they don’t have a car for me. Seriously? What’s the point of a reservation then?
