I am extremely disappointed with my recent rental experience at Enterprise’s California location. The first vehicle assigned to me reeked of cigarette smoke, and the next several offered were just as bad. After traveling across the country all day, I was forced to accept the least offensive option simply to make a scheduled medical appointment—there were no clean alternatives. I had a great rental experience with enterprise rental. When returning my car rental I left my jacket in the car I knew it would be gone, I went back the next day and they had it. I was very very happy
This Inglewood CA branch is super professional and they make all my rental needs easy. Justin and his team are always efficient and very easy to work with.
