I use Enterprise for my rental car needs when I fly into Rockford Illinois. I usually have the pleasure of working with Stephanie Flanagan, she's amazing! Stephanie is an employee who cares about the customer along with caring about the company she works for. I will continue to use Enterprise due to the amazing customer service she gives me each and every time.

The car was ok but was hard to figure out how to put in drive. It was great on gas. The only other comment on the car is, the car could have been cleaner. There were crumbs in the back seat, pop spilled near the cup holder and the dash was very dusty. Over all though the desk customer service was very friendly and welcoming and always have been so I will continue to use enterprise for my rentals when I'm in town.
Very helpful and courteous staff. Nice vehicle!
