I have never been so frustrated! I rented a car in March. I booked it on Costco's website. The service was excellent! I returned the car and paid my bill. A month later, I get a letter with a different invoice and it tells me I owe an additional $106. This letter came from Enterprise's collection agency. I contacted them and I got no where. I kept getting the letter's, which then started threatening to put me on a Do not Rent list. Everything went well. The vehicle and checking out and return had zero problems.
The people working the counter at Rockford international made my transition simple and pleasurable. I had the car. I need it with no hassles of the door.
I had a great experience. Especially with the rental assistant. Two thumbs up.
Doesn’t have cars but will let you book online. Then when you show up, no cars.
