We rented a large SUV for a family trip to NC. I have not had good experiences with rentals in the past, but Stephanie made this a great experience! She was beyond helpful, and very friendly. She took her time, answered all our questions, and made us feel important. Thank you Stephanie for making this a good experience, and a great start to our trip.
We rented a Wagoneer and spent around $900 for a week. We picked up the car and it only had a half tank of gas, chocolate that was never cleaned up in the center counsel and was soaked with liquids. The car clearly was never serviced or cleaned prior to giving it to us. I spent the next half hour cleaning it up before we even drove to our destination.
