Good location with a kind and professional staff.
Delivered to me a rental car with a flat tire and gave me the name of a repair place to take it to. Enterprise would not authorize repair place to fix the tire. After four hours of waiting for authorization, the Enterprise locations were all closed (they close at Noon on Saturdays and it was now 12:18pm). Call to 800 customer care number resulted in them telling me to drive the car 40 miles to the airport location (on a flat tire). Offered no other assistance or refund.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, car was in great shape. Exactly how car rental should be.
Their website showed all cars are available, I booked one, and the Warrendale branch told me they had none. I called the Enterprise call center, they reserved another kinds car for me, yet the branch again said nothing was available.No apology, and the website still showed availability. Completely unreliable and unprofessional service.
