The staff was very efficient and accommodating! I will definitely reccomend them!!!
Please change the cabin air filter. Car smelled like cigarette smoke; white Hyundai Kona. Please hang a No Smoking sign, or better yet, a No Smoking sticker on the dashboard. Previous passengers were so disrespectful. Let them smoke their brains out in their OWN car! Non-smokers deserve better. I had both parents die of lung cancer. Very accommodating and the vehicle was clean and exactly what I needed. I will certainly use Enterprise again.
I recently used Enterprise for my rental while my car was being repaired. I arrived at the Warrendale location without a reservation and the staff was quick to help me into an SUV. While i had my rental I did have problems with the vehicle and called roadside assistance. Dealing with roadside assistance was terrible. When i returned the vehicle I explained everything to Justin and he immediately corrected all overcharges and apologized for the problems I had with roadside assistance. Quick service (both check-in and return), and they drove me home after returning the car. Friendly and professional staff. Would return again 100%.
