I wouldn't give this location 1 star but that was my only option. They were good in the past, maybe time for a new branch manager? I think so :)
5 stars. AZ the manager is a good dude easy to work with and understanding
Enterprise offers pick-up and return service at a local body shop. That made the process very convenient. I did not compare rates, but I assume they are competitive.
I agree with some of the more recent reviews - customer service has gone downhill here. I have to rent a lot. My car is rarely ready. They often come off as bothered. Cars are usually in good shape. Good luck getting them to answer the phone.
