They are always pretty fast getting you in and out whether it's pick up or drop off never had an issue and I've used them five times
The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in and check out was quick and efficient. The car exceeded my expectations.
Waited almost 2 hours and then didn't let us leave with a car because they required a credit card. Should have said that since the beginning otherwise wouldn't be leaving this review.
CJ was great and provided an excellent experience reserving and picking up my rental car while my car is in the shop. State Farm arranged the rental, and CJ already had their information pulled up when I arrived. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and am so glad I called the Washington Ave location after having a bad experience at a nearby location.
