The car was clean and available before my scheduled pick up time. Customer service was top notch.
Poor attitudes, trying to return the car now and they won’t even answer the phone at the store. Just don’t even waste your time with this place.
Have visited this place on a number of occasions.There is no one there when they say they are open. We call the number with no help. I do not suggest running a car from this location
I went in store and spoke with the Manager, Noah about reserving a car. He took my mom’s ID, said we were good to go. I called to check on our reservation and they tried to say we didn’t have one. So I went in store and they tried to tell me they had no cars I could reserve today. A guy from Troy is here since Noah is out today, and he was patient and tried to find a solution for us.
