The personal at the rental center we're very professional and through and the car I was given was clean and well maintained
The rep did everything he could to facilitate my rental even with multiple issues. However the car i drove from washington to California over 700 miles at about the 500 mile mark the oil change light/ warning came on. Stating oil change required now . This happened in the middle of nowhere. No services available in 250 miles. Not happy. Stressed until reached my destination.
Over the last couple of years I have had the need to occasionally rent a larger vehicle for my business, and while the staff occasionally changes, everyone has always been kind and helpful. Two times there have been minor issues—which can be expected because sometimes things happen beyond anyone’s control: one time the vehicle I reserved had not been returned yet, and the second time, the vehicle I reserved was found to have a mechanical issue before my pick-up time.
