The prices was fast and easy
Barely no selection we had 1 car to choose from and it was a mini van, no staff one person to help 8 people. It took 55 minutes to check out.
The staff at the Richmond, California, Hilltop Enterprise are great - friendly and efficient. We've rented there several times and will keep going back.
Stopped by Enterprise in Richmond to grab our car for a road trip, and I have to shout out James. We came in during peak hours phones ringing nonstop, With a line inside . They also have weekend limited hours, so everyone was trying to get in at the same time. James stayed calm the whole time. Super professional and efficient, . This place is garbage .. I made reservations on line and then I called and no one said you needed a bill and had no one with me and I cussed them out and they still Owe me money from the last rental they are garbage
