Rented a Mazda CX-5 from the Wadsworth Ohio store. Was a great car. Aaron Macer was a pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend them enough.
I rent from this location regularly and I keep coming back because of the staff. Aaron and Hannah are the absolute kindest people. Their customer service skills are second to none. They go above and beyond to make every customer feel appreciated and important and do their absolute best to get you what you need. I have a choice between Wadsworth and Wooster (Wooster is actually closer) but I go back to Wadsworth every time, because of them.
