Everyone at both pick-up and drop-off had a great attitude and were extremely helpful and accommodating
Had reservations for today 04/15/26. Arrived in the morning to be told no cars available. Come back at 9:00am. Had to drop my car off at dealership for a recall. Dealership had a courtesy car that dropped us off back at Enterprise at 9:00am. Again no cars available. We sat there for 2 hours and still no cars. The staff just ignored as we sat there! No updates, no eta , no nothing! We finally called an Uber to come and pick us up. We had appointments and errands to run today, but with no rental car we uber all day! I have bee... read more
