Poor customer service! After making a reservation online Saturday for a car to be dropped off Tuesday morning at the repair shop I received a call Tuesday morning stating they seen I had an insurance claim and would like to schedule me in. I informed the lady I already have a reservation through you to meet me in 45min at the repair shop. She looked into it and said yes but we don't have a car right now.
