Customer service was spot on!!! Made my rental super easy as it was my first time. The mini van we got was clean, comfortable and spacious for a party of 7!! No problems whatsoever!! The price was reasonable! Highly recommend.

Hannah was my Enterprise person. Extremely friendly contagious smile extremely helpful and kind. Best experience I've ever had anywhere was with her. Keep up the amazing work Hannah. Absolutely loved dealing with you. Anytime I'm in the area and need a rental car I will always come back to you at your location. She deserves large raise. Frustrating experience today. I called ahead to confirm my "You Pick" reservation was ready and was explicitly told it was waiting for me.
