They should not send confirmation emails if they don’t have a vehicle to rent you.
I booked the rental online for three days because the website offered a 15% discount. On the second day, I called Enterprise and asked to extend the rental for three additional days. I was charged for the extension and was told over the phone that my new return time would be Tuesday at 12:00 PM. Later, I received a text saying the vehicle was due back Monday. Worst customer service ever. I've rented a car with my company cars from enterprise several times non-issue. At this location they wouldn't let me use it and wouldn't let us use our debit card since we are more than 50 miles from home. If I was home I wouldn't need a rental car.
