I have no problems with the company but they should be more careful with the employees they hire. Having abusive employees is bad for business
Donovan was great when we picked up and when we dropped off, despite being a bit short staffed he kept us informed at all times and very professional throughout the process, a credit to Enterprise.
Great customer service. Definitely talk to Donovan. He is amazing.
