The albany branch of enterprise is a joke. For starters they didn’t have the car that I was able to make a reservation for instead I had to settle for a mini van, and had I not needed a car to get around to buy a new car I wouldn’t have gotten it. Secondly they charged us for a whole day when we were late by 2 hours bringing it back when they have a charge by the hour late policy, and never made us aware that we were being charged a whole day the just did it and took it out of our deposit. The black guy that work at enterprise always is so nasty and don’t recommend he needs to be fired . He lied and said a person was on the DNR list and however he went to another location and they said he lied and provided inaccurate information. I keep contacting them to get in contact with their regional manner and every time it’s an excuse . Worst person ever !!!!!
