I was in an Auto accident and without a vehicle. Enterprise worked with my insurance company put me in a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price for over 30 days. I was provided with excellent customer service and the Managers Julian and Mike made things happen for me. Enterprise in El Cajon is Top Notch.
I arrived Friday morning instead of my scheduled afternoon time. This time I was waited on as soon as I walked in the door. I've been here previously on Friday afternoons and they're usually very busy, having to wait in long line. This last experience was good, the car was nice and I had a pleasant surprise with the amount of gas used. As soon as I returned in the late afternoon they had a person there that brought me home. This time it was an good experience, I'll be back.
The people were very friendly and helpful. I received quick service, and when I returned the car, they adjusted the payment for in insurance options that I did not want.

Friendly, professional. Rented me a terrific vehicle while mine was being repaired. Provided transportation to and from the repair facility. Even mailed me some papers I accidently left in the vehicle. I would rent from them again if the need arose.
