Ms. T. Clark, the Enterprise Branch Manager at the Murphy Road location, was outstanding. Our rental was ready for pickup on time and it was the vehicle we requested. She walked around the vehicle with us, to ensure there was no damage. She pointed out the fact that the registration tag, although expired, had not been sent to the company and the paper showing it had passed inspection was inside the glove box. The internal survey link expired. Wanted to give a shout out to this crew. Marla especially. I had some delays with car repairs and Enterprise stepped up to help me. Easy. Seemless and Marla made me feel welcome & important. Great job!

My only problem with this Enterprise is a Tambria Clark. She has no training in customer service nor how to explain Enterprise’s services and costs. She actually didn’t explain anything. She just gave me the key and told me to pay. Was so turned off by her attitude that I almost walked out. The adjuster was able to get another employee by the name of Marla to come help me. They were patient as I had to get my insurance on the phone so that they could talk to each other due to the per day allowance being lower than what I was supposed to get. Once my insurance gave the go ahead for a nicer vehicle, they placed me in one. They also let me change the vehicle for another one I preferred a week into repairs being completed on my car
