The whole experience went very smoothly. Will definitely rent here again.
Called on Friday to get a rental from hitting a deer the night before. Reservation was set up by my insurance company. Hade to call five or six times to get ahold of someone. I was informed that they would not have anything available until afternoon on Monday. I wish this weren't the only option for Rental Cars in the area! First off, my insurance was supposed to be paying for the car, I wasn't expecting to pay anything when I picked it up. But oh your insurance only covers $55 per day and this car that we have for you is $56 per day and oh yea we have all these fees on top of it too. Fine, it was like $6 per day, whatever, I just want to get out of here. Okay, well we need a $50 deposit as well, for what? What is $50 going to cover? Okay fine, that's your policy, whatever.
