The BOS airport crew is wonderful, I booked a small SUV that I thought was going to be big enough for the 3 of us, however was not with luggage, was offer a free upgrade to minivan since they had so many and it made our trip!!! Comfortable for my elderly parents and the company we were visiting so we only needed 1 vehicle for our trips down memory lane
We rented with thrifty, expected pricing but not thrifty service. Upsold on the liability insurance when told the agent we did not need, had to get that refunded outside with the car agent. Which was another debacle. 40 minutes waiting for a car in a smelly parking garage. Will not rent from thrifty from this location again
Xiomara was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as we checked in for our rental on 10/23. I look forward to renting again. Hopefully, everyone is as nice as she was.
Everything was great. But they do need to change the wiper blades on the car I rented.
