Excellent: the agent at Boston, the agent who assisted in changing our drop off location and the agent at the drop off location in Wilmington, DE were great. And it was a nice car. Would have appreciated a "heads up" that the drop off location at the Wilmington, DE location is not at the airport. Overall, a great experience -especially the ease with which we were able to change our drop-off location. Saved the day!

The car itself was fine for our needs and priced pretty good. The sound for Apple CarPlay stopped working on the third/fourth day for our trip back to the airport.

We had a fantastic experience with Enterprise, thanks to Chris! He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. Chris was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to ensure everything was easy for us. It's not often you come across customer service this good — he really made a difference. Highly recommend asking for Chris if you're renting from this location!
