Hours say they are open but when you get the you have to call a phone number and then it takes then over 30 minutes to get to the location

The initial reservations were wrong; I had to pick up the car 80 miles from where I contracted to pick it up; the inside of the windshield was grotesquely dirty and I had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean it as the rental agent at the airport did not have any window cleaner or paper towels; the floor of the car was dirty and had not been vacuumed; the car did not have Apple CarPlay which I requested; the rental agent could not put me in a different car as he said the one he put me in was the only car available in the... read more

We came to pick-up our rental car at 1030p this evening per the rental car hours and no one was there. I called the number on the sign several times and no answer. Wasted an hour of driving and staying up late to go get this vehicle for our trip we are leaving for at 4a. Thanks enterprise for making us wait until 1030p to pick up our rental because of your business hours and then not being there to pick it up 👍
