I had a car reserved for months only to be turned down because of faulty card reader or something? My card was declined 3 times and according to their policies that means I can no longer rent a car? I have no record of the transaction attempts, even when I contacted the card company after the second attempt, no fraud alerts and anything. I used the card at another store that same day and it worked perfectly. I work in live music and was traveling to a couple of festivals. Good rental car for one way trip.
Very custom personalized car rental experience with this Enterprise location. Will definitely use them again!!
DO NOT go here unless you have a credit card or are flying. We had rented a car a week in advance from this Enterprise and nobody cared to tell us that you HAVE to have a credit card or HAVE to be flying. What kind of stupid rules are those? So I do not recommend this place at all as when we went to the other Enterprise we were able to get a car in less than an hour. No credit card necessary on Hastings way!!!!
