I've been saving my reward points for a long time for a trip like I just took for four days. the process was very easy to go into the airport and pick up the car and go. the staff was very friendly. the car was clean and I felt like a king driving around for four days. I had a car reserved for months only to be turned down because of faulty card reader or something? My card was declined 3 times and according to their policies that means I can no longer rent a car? I have no record of the transaction attempts, even when I contacted the card company after the second attempt, no fraud alerts and anything. I used the card at another store that same day and it worked perfectly. I work in live music and was traveling to a couple of festivals.
