The manager, Carter saved my life. He is very grape.
We was renting a car for a vacation trip and had a reservation to rent a SUV. We get there and the employee there was very disheveled. He acted like we was late for the car reservation. then told us he did not have the car we reserved but couldn't get ahold of the other locations to see if they had any either. We ended up going to the airport in roanoke to rent from Hertz for at least $150 more. After this i will never use this company. Clean car, no cigarrette smoke, full tank of gas, all at a reasonable price. Enterprise got it right!
