Went in to see on a rental the staff is very friendly extremely helpful was able to help get a rental reservation for our vacation. Price are affordable. Recommend
Just DONT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A TERRIBLE PLACE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. I had a reservation at 8 they (Madison) calls at 730 to say the oil has to be changed and my car won't be available until hours later. Why did they have the car available at 8 to be rented then? You can't return the phone call at the number given because it was before hours. Customer service is impossible to understand and basically non-existent. They have no other vehicles available.
