Shane is the best and always takes great care of me and my husband when we need to rent a vehicle. He always has the vehicle we request and gets us right in and out with no waiting. I will never go to any other car rental place! I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car on Bobby Jones Expressway and ask for Shane. He will surely take great care of you!!!
Tyler at the Bobby jones location in Augusta Ga. was a great help and very knowledgeable! I recommend that you ask for him and you will be impressed like I was!!
Take too long to get service. Don't have enough people working there and Staff too slow. It took 2 hours to rent a car ����.
I rented a car from Bobby Jones for one day and they took $150.00 deposit and never gave the full amount back. I went and talk to Shayne Harris branch manager and he state he will take care of it and its been a month later and I still haven't receive my refund.
We had a rental car scheduled for Gordon Highway and we arrived to pick it up after they closed on Sat closing at noon is ridiculous. We have rented cars a lot on Sat afternoons. Anyways this office was open and quickly transferred our rental The car smelled like smoke and the manager said we could return on Monday for a trade. We never had time to do this but it was a great offer! The price was good for over the holiday week. Thanks to Enterprise for helping us out!
