Made reservations to rent a suv for aug6 returning on Aug 13.drove 20 miles each way when we got to enterprise in rocky mount the place was closed with a note on the door why weren't we notified this is unacceptable very unprofessional
We have had great service with our local Enterprise! Easy registration and pickup. Never a problem when I rent a vehicle through them. The vehicles make our trips more fun and memorable!
Great experience with Zane and his team. Vehicle was very clean upon delivery. We had a very hectic experience with our personal car breaking down during a long road trip from Maryland to Tennessee. Through all the chaos, Zane was simply amazing. Picked us up early and got situated in our rental with ease. Highly recommend.
