Insurance is paying most of the cost, but I wish they were open later & did delivery or pick up like I thought they did. The vehicle we ended up with doesn't have great mpg though.
Every time we went we have problems! Last time we had a reservation and they took well over an hour to get us a car. They were "short staffed". We got the runaround for over an hour, maybe closer to 2 hrs. It was insane. This time the chick at the counter told me she couldn't accept my credit card because it had a PayPal logo on it. Are you freaking kidding me!? It is a cash rewards Mastercard! I told her it was a real credit card not prepaid...no where on it d rewards id it say prepaid or anything.
