I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from an Enterprise Rent-A-Car employee named Misha, and to report an unwarranted charge applied to my credit card. My experience suggests that this individual's conduct is unacceptable for a customer service role. Upon returning a pickup truck, Misha asserted that there was dog hair in the vehicle cabin and threatened a $200 cleaning fee. The automobile would get 5 stars Toyota Corolla Crossover. Customer Service 0 stars. 2nd time I reserved an automobile 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived in the morning they didn’t have it the first clerk Shamone Samuels wanted me to take a different auto and refused to try to call and locate a vehicle.
