Great customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Enterprise location in Boca. I originally rented my car from the Fort Lauderdale location and only stopped by the Boca office to update the credit card on file, since I didn’t want to drive all the way back to Fort Lauderdale just for that. Instead of simply updating my card information, the team at the Boca location took over the contract without my knowledge or consent. Always have had good experiences at various Enterprise locations but manager Cam is exceptional from pickup to return - personable, perfect customer service - handled a small glitch very quickly. And friendly driver Rick made an otherwise bad day much better.

Had a great pickup experience thanks to Max and a painless drop off with the branch manager. Came here because of hidden fees at a competing rental company, was very happy with the service here and will be coming here from now on.
