Great experience during the entire rental process!!!
Had reserved a truck but they had no trucks when we came to pick it up.
I reserved a vehicle, payed for an uber to the location to pick it up, and I was told it wasn’t available. Unfortunately the only option they had available didn’t have enough seats. Waste of time and money. Wouldn’t recommend.
When we got there, there were no cars readily available. But, seeing we needed a rental, Tia offered to vacuum and sanitize a car that was just dropped off, so we could get into it. She even made sure the rate was good with us! Thank you so much for having an awesome person like Tia working at Enterprise!
Courteous and respectful staff. Took me to the Amtrak station after returning my rental vehicle to save me the expense of having to hail a cab or Uber.
