Edit 1 year later: Conner is the new branch manager and he's been just as amazing as Zack. I've always been well taken care of at this location Zack was fantastic in trying to help me find the vehicle I wanted for fuel economy. Went above and beyond to figure out the best way to help me and I really appreciate it. I rent from this location frequently and they always take good care of me.

The Shenandoah location is the best!! Connor is the best!!
I will not use this location and possibly not any other location again. I picked up the rental I rented and it was filthy. They did not bother to wash the outside. The interior smelled so bad I had to buy air freshener to be able to stand being in it. In addition the inside of the office smelled like sewage.
