Save your money and your sanity, and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE. This location is a joke. They make you jump through hoops and make you feel sketched out just to rent a car for a couple days. I can confirm they definitely do ask for utility bills, ridiculous. We reserved a car 3 weeks in advance. The day of our reservation, they called and said they had NOTHING available. It was a Saturday, and we had to be at our destination Monday by 11 am. We had to scramble to find a flight but ended up just driving our car. This isn't the first time this has happened, but we decided to give them another chance. But we will no longer support this business. If you are depending on them for your travel needs, don't do it. They will support insurance companies before they worry about the common ... read more
The worst. They never have cars, but take reservations. For cars that they don't have. One time may have been a fluke, but the same thing happened to me two years ago. Don't waste your time with them.
Terrific support from Mitch on an issue he could have easily ignored or deflected. Took his time, heard me out, and made it right. Just a real pro move!
