Would highly recommend using the San Jacinto Enterprise location. The employee named Amanda at the Southwest location was very rude and unprofessional and very downgrading when she talk to me. Unfortunately, Enterprise is the only car rental place that we have in the San Angelo area. Otherwise I definitely would have gone to a completely different company.
Everyone was great and helpful and the car was fantastic. Will definitely rent from them again.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The vehi le itself was great. The windshield was not properly cleaned, it looked like the person used a dirty rag to clean it. The vehicle was spotless on the inside.
Absolutely great experience with ENTERPRISE with rental and return procedures. My insurance company made reservations for the rental and everything went flawless as I was informed what I needed to provide to them to make it happen.
